Resiliency Empowerment in Stillness and Silence Transformation

RESST

A transformative 3-day, 2-night immersive retreat for those called to live with greater clarity, purpose, and intention.
Whether you're navigating a demanding career, a life transition, or a quiet inner shift. RESST invites you to pause and come home to yourself.

The Experience

Held in a quiet, natural setting, each participant is given a private campsite to support solitude and deep personal reflection. Every day is thoughtfully designed to honor the balance between stillness and silence, so your inner voice can be heard again.

Begin with grounding morning yoga to open the body and steady the mind.

Journey through a guided hike, reconnecting with nature and your inner terrain.

Sink into afternoon stillness, cultivating presence and inner strength.

Gather each evening for community reflection, integration, and connection around the fire.

This isn’t about escaping life, it’s about meeting it with more clarity, calm, and courage.

FAQs

Is this only for professionals or high performers?

Not at all. While many of our participants are professionals, RESST is for anyone feeling the call to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with their deeper self.

Do I need to be an experienced camper?
No. We offer multiple tiers of support, including all necessary gear and guidance if you’re new to camping.

Is this a silent retreat?
Stillness and silence are core to the experience, but this is not a fully silent retreat. You'll have time for solitude as well as connection during group integration sessions.

Where is the retreat held?

Locations change quarterly. This fall we will be hosting in a private, quiet location surrounded by nature in California. Exact details are provided upon registration.

Can I attend with someone I know?
Yes, though each person will have their own private campsite. Shared experiences are welcome, but the space is designed to prioritize individual reflection.
